About the role

At Perido, we are currently looking for an Office Assistant for our client, a well-known player in the automotive industry. You will be based at the office in Södertälje.

Your responsibilities

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to managers and employees within the organization. The role involves coordinating meetings and events, handling administrative processes, supporting onboarding, managing orders and invoicing, and coordinating office-related activities. The role also includes responsibility for the department's vehicle administration, including service, maintenance, and leasing-related activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
  • Book meeting rooms, facilities, and manage Outlook calendars
  • Prepare agendas, invitations, and meeting materials
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Order IT equipment, phones, and office supplies
  • Manage building access permissions and access requests
  • Follow up on invoices and handle discrepancies
  • Coordinate improvements to office and conference environments
  • Administer IT assets and licenses
  • Provide support regarding travel and travel bookings
  • Update information on the intranet
  • Responsible for the department's vehicle administration, service, and maintenance
  • Coordinate tire changes and leasing-related vehicle matters

Your profile

To succeed in this role, it is important to be service-oriented, flexible, and enjoy varied tasks. The role requires the ability to quickly switch between different assignments, reprioritize when conditions change, and independently find solutions to tasks that are not always clearly defined. A proactive work approach, good collaboration skills, and a willingness to support the business wherever needed are therefore key attributes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in support functions
  • Experience with administrative and coordinating tasks
  • Experience supporting managers and teams in an administrative capacity
  • Experience working with office tools and systems, including Outlook
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2028-06-30. Start date 2026-07-01.
